Sponsorship is designed to create natural opportunities for conversation, practical learning, and meaningful visibility throughout Summit.

Community Hall + Networking Space

Networking breaks take place in the Ed-Fi Alliance Community Hall alongside sponsor tables and hospitality. Each sponsor table includes one hotel-provided table and two chairs; sponsors may bring branded tablecloths, banners, easels, giveaways, contests, one-pagers, and handouts.

Innovation Showcase

Eligible sponsors can present a 30-minute session highlighting a real-world implementation or solution aligned to Summit themes.

Pre-conference Session / Bootcamp

Platinum sponsors may lead a 2-hour hands-on workshop or strategy session as part of Monday pre-conference programming for deeper learning, training, or collaborative design.

Sponsor materials are due August 30, 2026.
